Production Supervisor - Rotating Shift
A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Lead production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and cost targets.
- Monitor production performance to confirm standards for safety, quality, productivity, and cost are met.
- Identify process issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team‑based problem solving to resolution.
- Support daily production planning and deliver line performance against plan.
- Drive execution of standard work and daily direction‑setting activities.
- Lead shift handoff meetings to share performance results, priorities, and plans between shifts.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support employee development and performance improvement.
- Evaluate performance and contribute to ongoing talent development and engagement.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
- Support sanitation activities as needed to maintain a clean, food‑safe environment.
- Promote and support plant and company safety programs, including adherence to defined safety requirements.
Ingredients Required For Your Success
- High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
Physical Requirements
This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand‑eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Compensation
Pay Range: $64,000-$95,000. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
