About the role
The B-Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations during the B-shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure efficient operation of production processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Resolve production issues and provide guidance to team members.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to plan and implement improvements in production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
