Production Supervisor (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Production Associates and other hourly personnel on D Shift
• Supervise approximately 52 hourly Associates
• Manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
• Manage daily production goals to ensure production goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in lieu of education will be considered
• 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company

Wednesday 1AM - 7AM, Thursday - Saturday 7PM - 7AM
