Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

Role: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Lead a team of production associates to achieve daily output, quality, and food safety standards.Coordinate staffing, line changeovers, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, safety, and sanitation protocols.Troubleshoot operational issues and partner with maintenance teams.Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and safety.Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
