Production Supervisor Join Highly

About the role

Ace Precision is an internationally recognized supplier to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense and Space industries. We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide our production team, ensuring we deliver top-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will coach employees, optimize processes, and keep operations running safely and smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages, rail gages, and micrometers
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
• Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
• Partner with Production Control to schedule work, manage assignments, and maintain workflow between shifts
• Bring knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
