Key Responsibilities
- Works under close supervision of higher management, typically a Production Supervisor II or Production Manager.
- Executes decisions made by more senior leaders.
- Supervise frontline production staff and daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic leadership or Team Lead experience. Familiarity with production equipment and processes.
Work Environment/Travel Requirements
- Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment.
- Periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings.
- Overnight travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities, expected up to 10%.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
