Production Supervisor I - Anodize, A Nights (12- hour shift, every other weekend off)

Key Responsibilities

• Works under close supervision of higher management, typically a Production Supervisor II or Production Manager.
• Executes decisions made by more senior leaders.
• Supervise frontline production staff and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic leadership or Team Lead experience. Familiarity with production equipment and processes.

Work Environment/Travel Requirements

• Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment.
• Periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings.
• Overnight travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities, expected up to 10%.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
