Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee on-site manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily line performance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets
• Minimizing waste and downtime through effective management and continuous improvement
• Managing, scheduling, and developing frontline employees to foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and growth
• Collaborating with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards
• Utilizing KPIs and Lean tools to drive process improvements and support business objectives

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
