Production Supervisor– Food Manufacturing|12-Hour Shifts

Join a team where your leadership drives success. Rosina Foods is hiring an All shifts Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team through daily production goals
• Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions
• Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments
• Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates
• Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
• Collaborate across departments (Sanitation, Quality, Maintenance)
• Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training
• Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices
• Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software
• Bilingual or prior sanitation certification (CCP1/CCP2) is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $80,000 - $90,000/year based on experience

• 6:00am-6:30pm OR 6:00pm-6:30am

Work Environment

• Fast-paced food manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature changes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lead by example on the floor
