Production Supervisor (Final Test Department)

About the role
The Production Supervisor provides leadership and support to manufacturing teams to foster a safe, productive, and profitable environment. This role plans and facilitates team activities to ensure on-time production, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met. The supervisor develops high-performance teams through coaching and direction, promoting a People First culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1-2 small or similar areas/processes within the production facility/line.
- Guide production team members in a union and/or non-union environment on manufacturing processes and troubleshoot daily issues.
- Provide performance feedback and appraisals to team members to support their development.
- Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards; recommend improvements as opportunities arise.
- Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects to meet production schedule demands.
- Conduct root-cause analyses of manufacturing processes to identify, define, and resolve problems and opportunities.
- Enlist support to ensure timely resolution of issues and prompt implementation of improvements.
- Report and respond to product and process nonconformance issues.
- Implement and sustain 5S in work areas, ensuring essential tools and materials are readily available.
- Drive changes in machines, processes, materials, and assembly; champion process improvements and lead Kaizen events.
- Create value stream mapping and standard work.
- Maintain company records and documents accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong willingness to learn.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $73,200.00 - $117,800.00 across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, candidate experience, education, skills, and equity among team members in similar positions.
