About the Role

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together multiple divisions and brands under one umbrella, operating 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites across North America. The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet or exceed production requirements, ensure quality, and maintain on-time delivery while fostering a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily production to ensure a timely and efficient manufacturing process using best practices.
  • Lead and develop plant employees to meet production goals while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor production progress, investigate delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Take ownership of assigned personnel and processes, holding team members accountable through feedback and fair practices.
  • Supervise safety standards, employee relations, conflict resolution, communication, evaluations, scheduling, and training.
  • Optimize resources to meet production targets and monitor schedules.
  • Analyze on-floor performance using production data to identify and address potential issues.
  • Monitor daily production performance against KPIs and communicate expectations to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
  • Ensure routine preventive maintenance for equipment is completed on time.
  • Assist in documenting field installation criteria and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and safety-focused work culture emphasizing accountability and teamwork.
  • Maintain and implement safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training.

Qualifications

  • Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and leadership skills; ability to lead by example.
  • Experience energizing and developing effective teams.
  • Detail-oriented with hands-on experience in manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and lean principles.
  • Safety-oriented and quality-driven.
  • Well-organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software.
  • General knowledge of ISO quality systems preferred.

Physical Demands

Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $73,651 to $92,063, based on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
