What You'll Do
- Oversee a mixed-skill production workforce, including technically skilled Manufacturing Technicians responsible for complex mixing and coating processes, providing appropriate guidance and accountability across all skill levels
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivity
- Develop training programs and support team member growth
- Oversee issue resolution and maintain quality standards
- Develop and uphold standardized Manufacturing Instructions
- Ensure safety and compliance, promoting continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years managing teams in high-volume manufacturing (safety protocols, troubleshooting, quality control)
- Experience in team selection and development
- Proficiency in managing production performance metrics (inventory management, lean manufacturing, project management, SOPs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Command of the English language, both written and verbal
