Production Supervisor

Shift
- Monday - Friday – 8 hour shift, 8AM to 4PM (Additional hours as required to meet the objectives of the department)
Responsibilities
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and direction to production team
- Lead and motivate team to meet production goals
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the team
- Production Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Cook with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production related issues
- Quality Control:
- Ensure products meet company quality standards
- Conduct quality inspections and audits
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Address any quality issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Maintain and control production costs
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Prepare and track production budgets
- Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements
- Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate production updates and issues to upper management
- Provide regular reports on production progress and performance
- Cook with other departments for product launches or changes
- Maintain open and clear communication with production team members
- Team Management:
- Understand team dynamics and effective management practices
- Conflict Resolution:
- Ability to address conflicts within the team professionally and constructively

- Set clear goals, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as necessary
- High School diploma with at least 4 years of industry experience, 1+ year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
- In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
Pay
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
