About the role
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in a manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license
