Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and distribute daily work to team members based on production needs and priorities.
• Aid in onboarding and training of new employees, as well as upskilling current team members.
• Collaborate with offshore Etech partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain office and production inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and meet targets.
• Troubleshoot complex jobs for a solution and escalate to management as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
