PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in a similar industry to join our team in Lake City, MN. This role involves working closely with Plant management to develop plant personnel and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards
• Achieve production goals
• Maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis
