Responsibilities
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Responsible for scheduling control
- Maintain material control and quality control
- Responsible for other duties on assembly line
- Oversee and coach employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
- Solid understanding of computer system assembly
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
- Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
- Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands

Benefits
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
Pay
$72,000 - $95,000
Schedule
Regular in-office attendance is required.
