About the role
Rusco Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and manage production operations in Machesney Park, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and customer demands.
- Manage and train production staff to enhance productivity and safety.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary repairs or adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop employees.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
