Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Production Supervisor at our Loudon, TN location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Loudon plant.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
• Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
• Create a team-friendly environment
• Aid in scheduling production

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Experience: Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. Strong mathematical competency. Strong communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team
