Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Industry, and Company Safety and such as PPE and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
• Communicate daily objectives, coordinate 12-hour shift activities, and help manage equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide support, and manage the training and skill development of all employees.
• Maintain documentation for workplace inspections, risk assessments, and task training.
• Aid in Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations.
• Work with the Site/Production Manager on best practices and provide coverage when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing, plant, or mining environment preferred).
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; proficient in computer software; ability to build rapport with internal and external teams.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must support a 24/7 schedule including 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends) and on-call responsibilities.
• Must display strong employability skills (attendance, attitude, and job performance).
