Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product line's business plan
  • Increase profitability of existing products and develop new products
  • Assess customer needs and market trends
  • Determine product pricing and evaluate production schedules
  • Create and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage product line staff, including counseling and disciplining employees
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability
  • Communicate with all areas of the company and serve as the internal and external liaison
  • Direct the Product Line in its daily activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with background in Thermodynamics (desired)
  • Minimum of three years related experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Motivated to work and deliver product in a timely manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • Advanced understanding and competency in stainless steel welding and blue print reading

  • Proficient in terms and conditions review, clarification, and negotiation

Pay

  • Base Compensation Range: $152,487 - $260,834 annually
  • Variable Compensation Range: Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary base on company performance

Schedule

  • Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position
  • Position requires travel up to 20% with possible international travel
