Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Completed High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to flex work hours as needed to fulfill company objectives
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in Microsoft Suite Programs
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial or related environment or any other related experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt and continuous improvement experience
