About the role
This position involves direct supervision and driving production employees within an assigned value stream. Key responsibilities include performance management, time and attendance oversight, mentoring, and fostering a continuous improvement culture through lean methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and manage production employees
- Drive day-to-day production activities to meet commitments and implement improvements
- Own daily performance operations using Plant MDI boards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by eliminating waste and promoting cross-functional partnerships
- Build a culture of participation and high-involvement problem-solving
- Facilitate work teams and communicate effectively with employees and management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Preferred academic background in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- At least 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on leadership
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and SQDCC
- Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods

Pay
The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The shift is from 6PM to 2:30AM, Monday through Friday.
