About the role
MrBeast is looking for a Production Supervisor to serve as the operational backbone of our fast-moving, multi-team production environment. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of active productions, ensuring shoots stay on schedule, crews remain aligned, and risks are addressed before they become blockers. You will work across individual production teams as the connection point between creative leadership and on-the-ground execution. This role is ideal for an experienced production leader who thrives in high-volume environments, brings structure to complexity, and knows how to keep multiple teams moving toward a shared goal.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production team leads across active projects and serve as their primary point of escalation
- Own the master production calendar across shoots, locations, crews, and delivery milestones
- Build and maintain project schedules from pre-production through final delivery
- Allocate crews across productions and resolve scheduling or staffing conflicts before they affect shoot dates
- Run production status meetings and maintain a clear, current view of every active project
- Cookordination closely with creative, logistics, talent, writing, and post-production teams
- Identify production risks early, recommend solutions, and escalate material issues with clear context
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with team leads and address performance, communication, or bandwidth concerns
- Support hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding of production staff
- Improve production workflows, documentation, and escalation processes as the operation scales
- Ensure crews consistently follow production standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple productions at the same time in content, entertainment, media, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience leading production team leads, coordinators, or crews
- Strong production scheduling, resource planning, and milestone-management skills
- Sound judgment under pressure and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Clear, direct communication and the confidence to surface risks early
- A low-ego, high-ownership leadership style
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to maintain clarity when priorities change quickly
- Experience in high-volume, fast-turnaround digital content production is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with production safety, location logistics, and post-production workflows is a plus
