About the role
The Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients. Qualifications and skills
- A four-year degree with a preference for a concentration in engineering, food technology, or business.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing.
- Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodology.
- Techincal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of HACCP, SQF, GMP's, safety, sanitation, and preventative maintenance (preferred).
- Use of MS products, experience with SAP (preferred).
- Team leadership and development experience (desirable).
- Collaborative communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63,000. - $106,000. in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company. This range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
