Production Supervisor
Job Details
- Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to promote accountability, engagement, and strong performance.
- Making sure key production metrics like yield, scrap, uptime, takt, and labor efficiency are being monitored and improved.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools.
- Supporting new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches.
- Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Knowledge of key production metrics and the ability to monitor and improve these metrics.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
