Production Supervisor
About the role
As a Production Supervisor in the Packaging department at our Seabrook plant, you will oversee, coordinate, and monitor manufacturing workflow to meet goals for safety, quality, customer service, and cost control. This role supports a safe workplace environment and ensures employees are thoroughly trained in their operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve unsafe practices to maintain a safe workplace.
- Ensure employees are trained in their operational tasks.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, quality improvement, and reduced lead-times to enhance machine utilization, lower scrap, and improve labor efficiencies.
- Manage factory-level operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects.
- Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks and projects (20-30% of total time allocated).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a people leadership role, preferably associated with chemical production.
- Knowledge of core Operations, Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
