Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operators are following the established safety standards.
• Ensure each truck at each station is built to our quality standards.
• Ensure all stations are backflushed correctly.
• Ensure daily line rate targets are achieved.
• Effectively manage personnel issues.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous supervision experience in manufacturing

Skills

• Ability to get and remain organized while multi-tasking
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and direct available manpower to accomplish these tasks
• Good understanding of various hand tools, especially torque tools and requirements.

Work Environment

• This position is on the production floor, walking regularly station-to-station, monitoring daily production in their area of responsibility.
