Production Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with production goals and communicate the goals to the production staff
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Oversee and coach employees
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Check production output according to specifications
Make sure that employees are trained/cross-trained and understand and follow work instructions
Work on continuous improvement and efficiency of each operation
Enforce safety guidelines and company standards
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communications skills are necessary for success in this position
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Associates degree preferred
- Food safety training will be provided and is not required for employment
- English-Spanish bilingual is a bonus
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions
- Able to climb stairs multiple times daily, conduct detailed equipment inspections, and lift up to 50 pounds

- The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. 2nd and 3rd shift receive a 10% shift premium.
