Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Chemical Operators during assigned production shifts.
• Monitor batch production processes through HMI/control systems and field operations.
• Review batch sheets, SOPs, and production documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and escalate issues as needed.
• Cookordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve operational concerns.
• Ensure adherence to plant safety procedures, chemical handling requirements, and environmental standards.
• Document production activities, process issues, and shift performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical processing, wastewater treatment, or similar process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with batch processing operations and HMI/process control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pumps, valves, and process equipment.
• Experience working within safety-driven manufacturing environments.
• Associate's or Technical Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
