Production Supervisor

About the role

We're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Production Supervisor. This role is based in Quitman, MS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.
• Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time.
• Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.
• Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable.
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test (excluding THC/marijuana/cannabis) and background check.
