Production Supervisor

You will play an important part in supporting output, maintaining organized material flow, and reinforcing high standards for safety and quality across production activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
• Load and unload shipments of building materials, verifying accuracy of products being shipped and received
• Manage and organize received material into inventory
• Use power tools to accurately cut material to size
• Coordinate across departments as needed

Schedule

• Preferably 1st shift with flexible scheduling
• 10-12 hour shifts, typically working Monday - Thursday with overtime

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States, with availability for occasional overtime
• Able to regularly lift materials, stand for long periods, and perform frequent loading and unloading

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials
• Background in inventory management and organizing received materials accurately
• Forklift operation experience and the ability to use power tools as needed
• Working knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and production workflows
• Experience tracking production metrics and supporting continuous process improvements
