Production Supervisor
About the role
The Production Supervisor role involves leading approximately 15 hourly shift production employees, ensuring safe and efficient production operations, and supporting safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead production operations at the Cordova, Illinois facility
- Determine staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the crew
- Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements for the assigned shift
- Work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of combined experience in a lead Operator role or equivalent in a private, public, government or military environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university (preferred)
- Experience in leading full-time, part-time, and contingent hourly production employees
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to drive change and implement improvement plans for identified areas of improvement
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $109,202 - $133,469, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
Schedule
The position requires working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Location
On-site at Cordova, IL.
Travel
May include up to 5% domestic/international travel.
Relocation
Not authorized.
