Qualifications
- Ability to work fourth shift Saturdays 6AM-6:20PM and Sundays 6AM – 6:20PM
- 2-5 years steel fabrication background with hands-on experience in a steel environment
- At least 6 years Supervisor experience in manufacturing steel industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work duties
- Prior proven track record applying Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages a plus
- Demonstrates strong leadership, motivation, and supervisory qualities
- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate a high-level reactivity in sense of urgency
Requirements
- Knowledge of racking is a plus
