Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Encompassing three areas, our Healthcare, Sani Professional and Contract manufacturing divisions, we develop, manufacture, and distribute leading edge products for North America and the world. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns personnel; monitors progress; resolves problems; reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures; maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment; educates and directs personnel on the use of all PPE, equipment, and resources.
• Supervise team members to identify and resolve quality defects, machine efficiency losses, material problems, etc.
• Interface with Quality Control Inspectors; coordinate mechanical support and material handling services.
• Develop and recommend team staffing assignments; train and direct efforts of trainers.
• Take corrective action, including recommending disciplinary actions.
• Periodically develop a written team improvement plan to achieve production goals and standards.
• Report and take immediate action for all industrial accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience required: 5-10 Years of experience working in regulated industry
• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to interact with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be proficient in data entry, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, people management, and effective communication skills
