Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily production activities in areas such as Finishing, Shell, and other manufacturing departments
• Coach, train, and support employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the floor
• Resolve production issues, reduce interruptions, and support corrective actions
• Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and operations to improve results
• Support timekeeping, scheduling, inventory, and department communication

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to coach employees, communicate clearly, and lead through changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and computer systems preferred
• Degree or technical training preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
