Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

About the role

The Production Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily activities of workers involved in the fabrication, assembly, and processing of Team Wendy's products. The role ensures production processes run efficiently and that the quality of the output meets standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily production requirements in line with customer demand and production plans
• Lead, coordinate, and develop production personnel to deliver safe, high-quality output
• Act as a key communication link between production teams and the Value Stream Manager
• Escalate safety, quality, delivery, or cost risks promptly and clearly
• Build a capable, engaged, and resilient team with appropriate staffing and skills coverage
• Make real-time decisions on labour allocation, task sequencing, and short-term production priorities
• Manage day-to-day trade-offs within the shift to maintain safety, quality, and delivery
• Resolve Tier 1 issues independently using standard work and problem-solving tools

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a production environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience with quality control and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production supervision
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma preferred

Pay

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $75,000 to $93,000.00 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
