Responsibilities
- Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards
- Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team-based problem-solving efforts to resolve them
- Monitor production performance to ensure established standards are maintained
- Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Support oversight of sanitation and operations activities to maintain a clean, food-safe manufacturing environment
- Ensure adherence to plant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Promote and support plant and company safety programs and compliance with defined safety requirements
- Participate in the development of daily plans and delivery of daily line performance
- Drive execution and sustainment of standard work to achieve daily direction-setting results
- Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment between shifts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to talk and hear

- Occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Exposure to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $64,000.00 - $80,000.00
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
