Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift
Position
Position is 3rd Shift~ Sunday, 9:30PM - Friday, 6:30AM
What You Will Do
- Manage and supervise Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 3rd Shift
- Supervise approximately 20 - 25 hourly Associates
- Manage absenteeism
- Enforce safety rules
- Analyze environmental risks
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of daily production goals
What You Should Have
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- At least 3 years of relevant experience

Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
