Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift

About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations on the 3rd shift. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Manage team performance through regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and maintain optimal machine operation.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Pay

$20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
