Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years in manufacturing (preferably machining/CNC)
- 3+ years of people management
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints
- Use of quality gauges
- MS Office
- ERP systems
Preferred
- Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience in Union environments
- ADP Workforce Manager
