We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings using

for each section heading present in posting: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm - Salary: $91,500 - $110,000 (Pay) - Benefits list: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Life and AD&D Insurance, Company-Sponsored 401(k) with Employer Match, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discounts, 8 Paid Holidays plus closed (with pay) for a week during the winter break!, 15 days of accrued Vacation/Sick time per year. - Summary (maybe About the role) – there is a "Summary" paragraph: "The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are met. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity. Identifies problems in the production process and provides production reports to support process improvement." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list (actually sentences separated by line breaks). We'll treat as list. - Qualifications: bullet list (many lines). Also there is "Preferred Qualifications" and "Education", "Experience", "Computer Skills", "Other Duties". The instruction says use headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map content accordingly. The posting includes "Qualifications" (list of abilities) and then "Preferred Qualifications", "Education", "Experience", "Computer Skills", "Other Duties". We could combine these under Qualifications or Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which content goes where. We have: - About the role: Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: maybe the "Preferred Qualifications", "Education", "Experience", "Computer Skills"? Actually "Requirements" often includes mandatory qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications" (list of abilities) which could be considered Requirements. Then "Preferred Qualifications" separate. Also "Education", "Experience", "Computer Skills" could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine all qualification-related info under a single "Qualifications" section, and maybe not create separate Requirements or Skills unless there is distinct content. But the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Qualifications (h3), Benefits (h3), Pay (h3), Schedule (h3). That's six sections. We'll omit Requirements and Skills as separate if not needed. We need to ensure we include all substantive information. Let's extract: About the role: The summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list items (each sentence). Let's capture each bullet: - Supervise and lead production team members in their daily activities, including assigning duties, providing training, coaching, counseling, and presenting disciplinary actions as necessary - Coordinate and communicate production activities with external customers and internal departments, including logistics, engineering, and production management (to include management on other shifts) - Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and safety guidelines to workers - Promote flow and pull of products and information to internal and ultimately external customers - Lead regular communications with the team on company and department performance, with the goals of improvement and reducing waste and non-value-added activity - Investigate problems and issues on the production floor, recommend and implement solutions, including 5S tools to reduce variation in the work environment. - Develop and utilize visual aids to communicate processes and procedures identified to address issues - Partner with quality and engineering teams to identify issues and develop and implement processes and procedures to prevent recurrence Qualifications: combine the "Qualifications" list, "Preferred Qualifications", "Education", "Experience", "Computer Skills". Also maybe "Other Duties" note (but that's boilerplate? It says "This job description is not designed to cover..." that's generic; we can drop as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a disclaimer; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This "Other Duties" is a generic disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate. Safer to drop it. Thus Qualifications content: From Qualifications list: - Ability to apply technical knowledge related to the field of manufacturing - Demonstrated expertise in methodologies for process controls and their applications - Demonstrated skills and understanding of continuous improvement methods to enhance safety, on-time delivery, cost, and quality of products - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse community of customers and employees at all levels - Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints, plans, GD&T callouts, and specifications - Capacity to comprehend detailed and complex information and ideas, and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form - Ability to effectively communicate and deliver information to managers, supervisors, and technicians using various methods of communication (telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in-person) - Ability to multitask, follow through, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining perspective - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists - Strong operational thinking that moves the organization’s vision and goals to successful implementation - Demonstrated leadership skills that are aligned to our company core values Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of composite manufacturing process is strongly preferred Education: - Certificate or Degree from college or technical school or trelated experience or training (typo: trelated? but we keep as is) - Equivalent combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of above requirement Experience: - Minimum of two years’ supervision experience in a manufacturing environment Computer Skills: - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite to interoperate and create reports preferred - Prior experience with an ERP system preferred We could also include "Other Duties" but drop. Benefits: list as given. Pay: Salary range $91,500 - $110,000. Also note about Washington law etc. That's extra detail about pay. Should we include that? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include the pay details beyond just the range, including the note about Washington law, that pay may be higher/lower for non-resident WA employees, based on market data, etc. Also note that pay rate shown is a general guideline only, pay based on candidate experience and qualifications, market and business considerations. That's substantive. So we need to include all that in Pay section. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:
