Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with production line management and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
