Production Specialist - Truss Assembler

What You'll Do

• Assemble wood trusses and structural building components according to work orders, specifications, and production schedules.
• Support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, measuring and fastening components, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in truss manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or production environments.
• Familiarity with blueprints, work orders, or technical drawings.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience operating production equipment or pneumatic tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs regularly, more with assistance as needed).
