Production Team Member - Truss Assembler

Primary Responsibilities

Variety of manual labor tasks as per plant requirements.

Assemble trusses, kits, and other items according to plant needs.

Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machinery.

Strong attention to detail required.

Able to work collaboratively with team members.

Skills/Requirements

Position Requirements

• Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting movements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Starting Rates

• Part-Time: $19.25/HR (1st shift) or $21.25/HR (2nd shift)
• Full-Time: $21.05/HR (1st shift) or $23.05/HR (2nd shift)
