Production Specialist Contract To Hire!

Responsibilities

• Read and follow route sheets.
• Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.
• Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.
• Load panels through conveyor machine.
• Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.
• Move work orders with the Paradigm system.
• Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.
• Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area.
• Become a certified operator.
• Maintain cleanliness of specific area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
• Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands, and occasional respirator usage.
• Able to do fine detail work with hands.
• Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Able to enter information to a computer.

Pay

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $25/hr. range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.

We are seeking Production Specialist to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift at our Bloomington facilities located at 9401 James Ave S and 1200/1208 West 96th Street as well as our Northfield facility at 1705 Cannon Lane.
