Production Specialist, Cell Line

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Specialist to support daily operations on our manufacturing floor. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, optimizing output, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets
• Follow production instructions and report any process deviations or equipment issues
• Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Support troubleshooting activities in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
• Help implement 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Absorb onboarding and mentoring new team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for international team corporation
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and basic quality control
• Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use measurement tools
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 –$80,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range listed in the job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
