Production Specialist - 2nd Shift - Scarborough

Shift Information

2nd Shift – Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm

What You Can Expect In This Role

• Read, interpret, and follow manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and government regulations
• Operate a variety of machines on a rotating basis, including set‑up, operation, clean‑up, changeover, troubleshooting, and minor repair for manufacturing equipment in the work center
• Work collaboratively with a team
• Apply basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and common fractions)
• Use communication skills as required
• Provide production and process training to other employees

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Typically 1+ years of production and/or manufacturing experience (but willing to train – desire to learn is key)

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 2+ hours
• Sitting, phone and computer use
• Extended reach
• Lifting up to 50 lb
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, or bending
• Specific vision abilities – close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
