Production Specialist (2nd Shift)

Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a fabricator responsible for stacking/loading wall panels, floor trusses, roof trusses, and other building components. Read and interpret drawings, shape and cut materials using hand tools, machines, and power saws, and stage materials for production. Operate forklifts to handle and load materials, unload inbound shipments, and maintain storage areas. This outdoor role involves active work in various weather conditions, with minimal inside tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read building plans and tape measures
• Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude
• Strong contributor and unique individual skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided for the right personality

Key Duties

• Material handling, staging, stacking, loading for shipping, and ensuring inventory protection
• All other duties as assigned
