About the role

This is an onsite role located in Paris, KY. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct floor supervision to the production process, support the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), introduce necessary changes to meet these KPIs, stabilize the production unit, coach and develop the production team members, assist in hiring, coaching, and recommendations for promotion or separation, and ensure compliance with workplace policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Introduce change points necessary to meet these KPIs
  • Stabilize the production unit within established change points
  • Coach and develop the Production Team Members/Leaders by fostering The EPIQ Way
  • Assist the Production Manager in achieving business unit targets and goals
  • Serve as direct supervisor to team members and team leaders, addressing problems through The EPIQ Way
  • Aid in hiring, coaching, and recommendations for promotion or separation
  • Ensure adherence to workplace policies and rules, being visible and involved on the shop floor
  • Teach fundamental concepts of The EPIQ Way
  • Secure pre-shift conditions and maintain production conditions, ensuring post-shift conditions are met
  • Administer the vacation and overtime process and payroll for direct reports
  • Assess team member skill levels and coach to improve those skills
  • Maintain records, documentation, and results against established goals in all key performance areas
  • Absorb and implement continuous improvement activities within the facility
  • Assist with maintaining a safe work environment for all EnovaPremier team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, especially regarding proprietary business-related information
  • Proficiency with MS Office products

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory position providing exposure to direct line supervision in an industrial environment and direct customer contact

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Supervisory Authority

  • M-F 1p-10p with weekends as required
  • 40 hours per week
