Production Specialist $20/hr. mimimum and $2000 Hiring Bonus!
Responsibilities
- Read and follow route sheets.
- Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets.
- Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools.
- Load panels through conveyor machine.
- Review and inspect work according to IPC standards.
- Move work orders with the Paradigm system.
- Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas.
- Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area.
- Become a certified operator.
- Maintain cleanliness of specific area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
- Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications.
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands, and occasional respirator usage.
- Able to do fine detail work with hands.
- Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Able to enter information to a computer.
